Missouri archery opens September 15Founding access requests are open

For Missouri landowners

Your land. Your dates. Your rules.

Turn selected hunting dates into income without handing over the whole season. You decide what’s allowed, set the price, and approve each party before anyone gets access.

Free, non-binding interest form · No property address is published

Control stays at the gate

Open only what works for you.

Back40 Pass is designed for landowners who want clear expectations, limited dates, and the final say.

01

Choose every date

Offer one weekend, a few weekdays, or a larger window. Block family hunts, farm work, livestock movement, and anything else.

02

Set every rule

Define game, method, party size, vehicle access, stand use, gate instructions, and sensitive areas.

03

Approve every party

Review the named hunters and request details. Decline anything that doesn’t fit—without surrendering control.

What could a few open dates earn?

You control the rate and calendar. Use this to test a scenario—not as a promise of bookings or income.

From interest to first pass

A practical founding process.

1

Tell us about the land

County, approximate acres, habitat, game, and how you’d like access to work. An exact address is not required on the form.

2

Review the fit together

We compare the property with nearby hunter demand and discuss boundaries, access, rules, calendar, and pricing.

3

Prepare a clear listing

No listing goes live until the information is accurate and the property agreement, payment flow, and appropriate coverage are in place.

4

Accept only the requests you want

You see the date, party, and intended hunt before approval. No approval, no pass.

Founding landowner access

Put your county on the launch map.

We’ll review the property against real hunter requests and follow up personally about fit. Joining the list is free and does not obligate you to list or accept access.

  • Direct launch onboarding
  • No public address in the interest form
  • Rules and calendar stay under your control
  • No hunter access without your approval

For landowners

See if your land fits the launch

Tell us about the property. You choose the dates, rules, game, party size, and whether to accept any request.

Free to join. No card required. Joining does not grant access to land.

Landowner questions

Before you open a date

Am I committing by joining?

No. The founding form is a non-binding expression of interest. A property would require a separate review and agreement before it can accept access requests.

Do I have to open the full season?

No. The model is built around landowner-selected dates. You decide when access can be requested and can preserve dates for family, farm operations, or no hunting.

Who sets the price?

The landowner controls the price, with optional market guidance. The calculator above is only a planning tool and not a guarantee of rates, bookings, or income.

What about insurance and agreements?

Back40 Pass will not open paid bookings until appropriate coverage, property terms, hunter terms, and payment handling are finalized. We’ll explain the exact structure before asking a founding property to go live.
