Privacy policy
This policy covers the Back40 Pass founding-list website. We’ll update it before paid bookings or materially different data uses begin.
Information we collect
When you join the founding list, we collect the information you submit, such as name, email, optional phone number, location, hunting preferences, party size, approximate acreage, property description, and notes. We also store the page and campaign parameters that led to the signup, plus any referral code.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to you, assess marketplace demand and property fit, recruit supply by area, send launch or availability updates you requested, prevent abuse, improve the site, and prepare Back40 Pass operations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that help operate the site, database, email, analytics, or future marketplace. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people, property, or the service. We will not publish a landowner’s exact property address from the founding form.
Retention and security
We keep founding-list information while it is useful for the launch, relationship, legal obligations, and abuse prevention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is guaranteed secure.

The founding list is intended for adults who can enter agreements about hunting access or property. It is not directed to children under 13.
