Free publisher kit · All 50 states · Official sources

Help landowners find verified access options—not a generic program promise.

Build a sourced state link, ready-to-use newsletter and share copy, or a compact Back40 Pass card for a farm bureau, extension office, conservation group, agency, landowner association, or agricultural publication.

The dated source review does not imply agency endorsement, current funding or intake, payment, a marketplace outcome, or permission to hunt.

Choose, preview, publish

One state. A landowner-ready publisher kit.

Choose a property state, theme, and optional public organization slug. Copy a clean state link, newsletter copy, share copy, or generated HTML. The status and program count come from the same dated 50-state evidence set as the canonical directory.

This exact slug is public in generated URLs and embed code. Use an organization label only—never a person, email address, page URL, or private identifier. It is not corrected or normalized automatically.

The embed is passive and read-only. It stores no host-page impression event; a measurable first-party visit begins only after a reader explicitly chooses a link inside the card.

Three explicit evidence outcomes

Program claims fail closed.

The current release was reviewed August 14, 2026. It identifies 47 programs across 34 states; the other cards preserve the limits found in official material instead of inventing an owner opportunity.

VERIFIED PROGRAM

Named owner paths only

A verified_program card may show recorded program names, owner benefits, payment disclosure, acreage evidence, intake status, and the official owner next step. Current agency terms still control.

RELATED ASSISTANCE ONLY · 11 STATES

Assistance is not enrollment

A related_assistance_only card explains that habitat or landowner help was found, but the reviewed source did not establish a qualifying hunting-access enrollment program. Program facts remain withheld.

NO PROGRAM IDENTIFIED · 5 STATES

An honest negative finding

A no_program_identified card reports the scope of the dated review and links the official sources checked. It is not proof that no local, tribal, federal, or future option exists.

Audit the underlying evidence

Compare every state in the national owner program directory or inspect the dated JSON dataset. The supplied embed may be used as provided. No separate reuse license is assigned to the underlying dataset.

Small privacy surface

The card informs. It does not profile.

The embedded view has no form, cookies, browser-storage writes, or analytics event. It posts only its state code and non-sensitive height to the publisher page.

SANDBOX

Isolated from the host page

The loader reads only the card's state, theme, and optional public organization slug, then creates a sandboxed frame. It does not inspect surrounding page content; forms, camera, microphone, and geolocation are unavailable.

NETWORK DISCLOSURE

No publisher-page referrer

Loading an externally hosted embed sends ordinary request metadata to its host. The no-referrer policy withholds the publisher-page URL. The optional organization slug is public in the widget request and attributed first-party links.

EXPLICIT CLICK ONLY

No host-page impression event

The card records no publication, install, delivery, reading, or embed impression. A tagged first-party landing can be counted only after a reader explicitly chooses a Back40 Pass link.

Before you publish

Keep the status, official check, and limits visible.

Do not turn a related-assistance source into an access program, describe a dated intake route as currently accepting, or imply that a private-interest submission is a listing, booking, income, or permission to hunt.
