Guest privileges belong in the agreement.
A full-season agreement includes a positive guest allowance. The owner and leaseholder agree on the number of guests per visit, any season visit limit, and the maximum people hunting at once. Guests within that allowance are included in the season price.
Register each guest before arrival. The leaseholder accompanies guests unless the agreement expressly allows otherwise. Guests follow the same property rules and complete any required signatures or acknowledgments. Extra guests require a written amendment before entry.
One price. A defined season.
The lease must state start and end dates, species and methods, exclusive or shared rights, scouting and stand access, closures, road or easement access, parking, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms. A season lease does not extend legal hunting seasons.
How a season price compares with a daily rate
A $300 whole-party day rate for two days totals $600 for the named group. A $3,600 season lease is one $3,600 commitment for the agreed season, including its guest allowance. These are arithmetic examples, not market quotes or listed properties.
