Know exactly who has granted access, for which hunters, and on which dates.
Review the parcel edge, excluded areas, neighboring property, and any internal zones.
Know the gate, route, parking spot, vehicle rules, and what to do if conditions change.
Make sure the owner’s rules and your permits cover the intended species and method.
Name every hunter and confirm whether non-hunting guests, youth, or dogs are allowed.
Agree on arrival, departure, gates, stands, harvest reporting, and property condition.

No. Private-property access and hunting permits are separate. Hunters remain responsible for current permits, tagging, county restrictions, methods, seasons, and every other applicable regulation.
