Landowner hunting-access programs in Wisconsin.

Wisconsin publishes current owner rates and terms for VPA and THAP, but both pages state that new-property enrollment is presently closed and direct owners to register interest for a future opening.

Official terms and funding can change. Confirm eligibility, current enrollment status, agreement language, and the enrolled access boundary with the responsible agency.

A published rate is not guaranteed income, and a listed minimum does not guarantee acceptance. Funding, property fit, agency selection, and the signed agreement control.
