Free publisher kit · All 50 states · Official sources

Publish official access paths—not a blanket-open claim.

Create a state resource link, ready-to-use newsletter and share copy, or a compact Back40 Pass card for a hunting club, outfitter, publication, conservation group, or landowner page. Exact path facts appear only after the program-level evidence gate.

A map or program listing is not a license, tag, reservation, lease, or permission to enter. Readers must reopen the live agency and property-specific rules.

Choose, preview, publish

One state. A complete publisher kit.

Choose a state, theme, and optional public organization slug. Copy a clean state link, newsletter copy, share copy, or generated HTML. The loader keeps the sandboxed frame height in sync.

If supplied, this exact slug is public in generated URLs and embed code. Use an organization label only—never a person, email address, page URL, or private identifier. It is not automatically changed or corrected.

Publisher kit

The embed is passive and read-only. It stores no host-page impression event; readers reach measurable first-party pages only after choosing a link inside the card.

Evidence boundary

Path facts fail closed.

This release contains 112 exact records across 30states. The remaining 20 cards show only a narrow official starting point or an explicit not-access warning.

1 · PROGRAM-PROFILED

Exact paths stay distinct

Each named path preserves its own authorization, land type, review date, and official overview. Similar-looking opportunities may follow different rules.

2 · REVIEW INCOMPLETE

No synthetic program facts

Incomplete states omit program names, authorization, land type, species, and geography. Landowner assistance is labeled as not hunter access.

3 · LIVE CHECK

The agency and property control

Enrollment, maps, boundaries, dates, permits, closures, and signs can change. The dated card is a research starting point, not real-time monitoring.

Inspect the source boundary

Review the national directory or inspect the versioned widget feed. The supplied embed may be used as provided. No separate reuse license is assigned to the JSON feed; do not treat it as Creative Commons or permission to republish.

Small privacy surface

The card informs. It does not profile.

The embedded view has no form, cookies, browser-storage writes, or analytics events. It posts only its state code and non-sensitive height to the publisher page.

SANDBOX

Isolated from the host page

The loader reads only the widget's state, theme, and optional public organization slug, then creates a sandboxed frame. Camera, microphone, geolocation, and forms are not used.

NETWORK DISCLOSURE

No publisher-page referrer

Loading any externally hosted embed sends ordinary request metadata to its host. This snippet uses a no-referrer policy, so it does not send the publisher-page URL. The optional public organization slug appears in the widget request and first-party links. The embedded card records no host-page impression; a tagged first-party landing can be counted only after a reader chooses a Back40 Pass link.

HTTPS PUBLISHERS

Secure pages only

Public embedding is allowed from HTTPS pages. Keep the sandbox, visible branded fallback link, nofollow value, and safety caveat intact.

Before you publish

Keep the source check and limits visible.

Do not present the card as proof that a property is open or as authorization to hunt. Readers must verify the exact tract and current official requirements.
