Create a responsible private request

Give a landowner one safe link to understand the hunt.

Saving creates a private 30-day response link that shows only state, primary game, party-size band, and broad timing. Your contact details, area, and notes stay private. You separately choose whether a reviewed public brief may be published.

  • ✓ Add a broad area only if it helps your search
  • ✓ State the game, party band, and timing
  • ✓ Review the public preview before submitting
  • ✓ Keep name, email, phone, and notes private
Editorial review

Submission does not guarantee publication. Back40 Pass may approve, decline, close, or remove a brief to protect people, property, and board quality.

Clear filters

Only hunter-approved, Back40 Pass-reviewed public fields appear here. A published brief is not a verified booking, property match, payment promise, or permission to enter land. Board refreshed Oct 12, 2026.

No samples or seeded demand

No approved briefs in New Mexico yet.

Back40 Pass adds a card only after a hunter chooses public fields and the brief is reviewed. Searches, private drafts, and sample data never become public requests.

For landowners

A possible fit starts privately.

No public address. No direct contact handoff. No obligation to list or accept access.

1

Read an approved brief

When a request is published, review the broad area, game, party band, and timing the hunter chose to share.

2

Share what may fit

Submit state, game, general area, and non-binding property interest. An exact address is not required.

3

Keep the final say

Back40 Pass can privately review overlap. A response creates no listing, booking, or access right.

Hunting lease wanted—without the public phone number

Publish the hunt, not your identity.

Traditional wanted ads often mix the useful part—the state, area, game, group size, and timing—with a hunter’s personal contact details. Back40 Pass separates them. Landowners can see the approved brief while identity, exact search area, contact information, and private notes remain off the board.

What a public brief can do

It can show a landowner that relevant hunter interest exists and make a possible property response more specific.

  • Signal demand before a property is listed.
  • Carry state and game into a non-binding landowner response.
  • Give a hunter one safe URL to share with local landowners.

What it cannot promise

A published brief does not prove that a hunter is identity-verified, ready to pay, licensed for a season, or a match for any property. It never grants permission.

Public request board questions

Are these available hunting properties?

No. These are hunter-published request briefs, not property listings, bookings, leases, or permission to enter land. A landowner can share non-binding property interest for private review.

What information is public?

Only the state, broad public area, controlled game category, party-size band, timing, and publication month appear. A system-generated share ID may be used in the link. Names, contact details, exact locations, and private notes stay off the public board.

Can a landowner contact a hunter from the board?

Not directly. A landowner can submit a possible property fit with the relevant state and game prefilled. Back40 Pass can privately review the overlap as marketplace readiness develops.

Does publishing a request grant hunting permission?

No. A public request grants no access rights. Hunters still need property-specific approval plus every required license, permit, tag, and compliance with current laws and seasons.
